WHAT TO EXPECT THIS SUMMER

Private lessons and camps are held Monday-Thursday the weeks of June 1, 8, 15, 22 and July 6, 13

 
Your Tuition Includes:
  • 4 private lessons (flexibly scheduled)
  • 1 Music Camp of your choice
  • 1 Theory Workshop
  • Advanced Program students will also receive 1 Advanced Camp that meets Mon - Fri

  • Week 1: June 1-4
  • Week 2: June 8-11
  • Week 3: June 15-18
  • Week 4: June 22-25
  • BREAK
  • Week 5: July 6-9
  • Week 6: July 13-16

Private Lessons: Great news! Private lessons are flexibly self-scheduled again this year! Scheduling will open in March and you will choose the four (4) dates best for you. Do you want some help getting lessons set once scheduling opens? Just give us a call/text at (423) 218-9671 and we'll step through setting up a private lesson schedule with you.

Music Camp: Tuition also includes the music camp of your choice! There are several 60-90 minutes camp options for each instrument and some students want to do something new by trying out a new camp like Musical Theatre. Camps are designed with a certain level in mind, so be sure to ask your teacher for their recommendation. They will have great suggestions!

Theory Workshop: Theory is so important we've made this workshop available EVERY WEEK (M-Th from 11am-11:45am). All you need to do is choose the week that is best for your family to attend.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Does our lesson time change this summer? Yes, it can! Because many students are not in school and families find it convenient to study during the day, teachers are available to give lessons during the earlier hours. If you attend lessons at a different day/time during the summer months, you are not giving up your previously reserved after school slot. You will return to your regular lesson time with the start of the Fall 2026 semester (August 3).

Will my tuition change? No! Tuition remains the same even when camps are scheduled. Tuition includes 4 private lessons, 1 music camp, and 1 theory workshop. If you'd like to purchase extra lessons or extra camps, this is possible!

What if we will be traveling during June and July? No problem! Because the summer session is flexibly scheduled, you can stack music lessons on the days and weeks that are the best fit you, even if this means scheduling everything in just 2-3 weeks.

What if we just can't attend lessons? If you will be traveling all 6 weeks of the summer session, we will miss you this summer and look forward to see you again in the fall! Just remember, registration for the 2026/27 school year will renew at $250 for tuition stopped during June and July.

Can we try a new instrument this summer? Yes! Summer is a great time to try out a new instrument. You can either divide the 4 lessons your tuition covers or purchase additional sessions for your new instrument.
